MEET FOUNDER, NIALL SIMPSON
How it started.
When Niall Simpson started working as a Sales Recruiter in the tech space, he didn't see many Black people.
He knew that the mindset and skills that sales roles require come naturally to many Black people.
He figured that others might feel this way too. So he started creating a network of black salespeople that worked in Tech Sales.
Today, BTSN unites sales professionals and stakeholders from all levels that support and encourage each other through workshops, mentorships, socials, networking, opportunity sharing and more while creating Black representation in the Tech Sales industry.
